Notes
- The price includes an emailed link to the EPC on the EPB Register sent to you or your agent. We will also post a hardcopy to you on request.
- Second Visits. To rent out a property it needs to achieve a Band E rating (see Useful Facts and Links details under MEES). If, on processing the EPC, we find that the rating is below an E we will contact you before lodging the EPC on the Register to discuss next steps. You have the option of receiving an Energy Efficiency Report (EPR) to assess the additional work you may need to perform to reach a Band E or for us to lodge the EPC as is. Should you then move ahead with the additional work we can visit again to issue your EPC once the work has been completed.

You just need to prove that it has been commissioned and obtain it within 7 days. You can forward our Appointment Confirmation to them as evidence that the EPC has been booked and market your property immediately. |
